Care instructions

These are the care instructions for the physical goods. Caring for the physical goods is easy and simple. Proper care for them ensures that they will last for many years and maintain their colours and quality.

PAINTINGS

All paintings are treated with varnish. However avoid water, spillage and pressure. If they need to be cleaned for any reason do so gently with a dry cloth or if need be with a little water. Naturally all paint deteriorates over time and if you want to be extra safe you can always add an additional layer of varnish, however this shouldn't be needed as we already apply several layers of varnish. If the painting needs to be transported ensure that is packaged well and not under any external pressure.

Placement

While considering the placement of the painting avoid a spot with too much direct sun as this will bleach the paint overtime. Make sure it is out of reach for children and animals.

Framing and Re-framing

When you buy a painting it will most likely be framed on a simple canvas. If you wish to reframe it or add an external frame around it we recommend you talk to a professional framer. If you receive the painting on a roll it needs to be framed on a canvas. It is important that you do so as quickly as possible as being rolled up will tear the paint over time. If the frame is loosening or the painting needs to be re-stretched we advice talking to a framer, as a poor stretch may impact the paint over time.

CLOTHING ARTICLES

All articles of clothing are treated with a special paint and varnish which will make them water resistant. However do avoid machine washing and excessive water. If they need to be washed, do so gently by hand with cold water and a little soap. While storing the clothes avoid direct sunlight and folding them, they are best kept on a hanger in a dark place.

Following these care instructions will help them maintain their colour and quality for many years.
